January 20, 2007
Well, we have a new website. We expect the Six Pack to
return this summer, possibly with a surprise variation.
January 27, 2005
City 3 Theater has been on hiatus since September of 2002.
We have been quietly fundraising while our members have
pursued other artistic outlets. Look for the Summer Six
Pack to return in 2007.

It is with great regret that City 3 Theater announces the
departure of Amy Wheeler as a playwright for the 2002
Summer Six Pack. Ms. Wheeler has been given an opportunity
to work with Portland Center Stage
for the month of
July. This marvelous opportunity necessitates Ms.
Wheeler's departure from the Six Pack, as she will not
be able to work on her new play while working in
Portland. Ms. Wheeler will remain a member of the team
working with playwright Wesley Middleton on her play
"Mud Rats on the Mother Road". Ms. Wheeler says, "Thanks
again for understanding my need to withdraw from Summer
6 Pack in a writerly capacity....It's a really cool
event and I support you wholeheartedly."
May 1, 2002
The Summer Six Pack 2002 playwrights have been selected.
They are: Nathan Breskin-Auer, Wesley Middleton, S.P.
Miskowski, Bill Ratcliffe, Stephanie Timm, and Amy Wheeler.
The selection process was difficult, with many more
qualified playwrights than there were slots. Thanks to all
who applied.
City 3 Theater is also pleased to announce that Theatre
Babylon has joined forces with City 3 for this summer's Six
Pack. DJ Hamilton, Babylon's Artistic Director, says "I'm
excited about working with City 3 to develop new works.
Babylon is a company the produces almost exclusively new
plays, but we are still learning about play development.
This joint venture will benefit both our companies
immeasurably".

March, 2002
City 3 Theater is now on the web. That's right:
www.city3theater.org is where you can find info on what C3T
is up to these days.
We are also gearing up for the next Summer Six Pack play
development series (for an application, click here)
And we're in pre-production for our presentation of Marcy
Rodenborn's one-act play, "Weekend at the Bangkok Christian
Guest House" at the 2002 Seattle Fringe Theatre
Festival.
